Over the last few months, I’ve been experimenting with an “affordable” program option. My heart behind it was simple: I wanted to make coaching accessible to more women who are struggling with their weight, food addiction, and metabolic health.
But what I’ve learned has been eye-opening.
The Success Gap
When I look at the results, the difference is clear:
In my weekly coaching program, about 90% of clients succeed. In my affordable program, the success rate drops to around 50%.
That’s not just numbers on a page. It’s real women, real lives, and real struggles. And it has taught me a powerful lesson about accountability and investment.
Why the Difference?
Here’s what I’ve noticed:
- Financial investment matters. When someone pays only $150 a month, there’s not enough “skin in the game.” When it gets tough—or when a doughnut shows up—they quit.
- Frequency matters. Meeting with me only once a month leaves too much space to drift. Consistency and connection are what drive transformation.
- Community matters. The clients who thrive are the ones showing up for group coaching, being vulnerable, and leaning into accountability. The ones who stay quiet often fade into the background.
What This Taught Me
This experience has reminded me of something important:
✨ I am a dang good coach.
✨ I bring real value into this space.
✨ And most importantly—you can’t shortcut transformation.
Cheap programs don’t create lasting results. Commitment does.
Moving Forward
I’m rethinking my “affordable” option. Not because I don’t want to help more women, but because I want you to experience true freedom and lasting health. And that doesn’t happen when you only halfway invest in yourself.
Your health, your freedom, your life—it’s worth more. And so are you. 💖
PS:If you are ready to stop half way investing and finally go all in, I’d love to walk with you. Setup a free health discovery session with me! Let’s talk over the program you need.
One more thing: If you are a health coach… do not undersell your services. Your clients are worth more than a cheap price.
