Energized by Ketosis!

As someone who struggled with my weight for years, I can attest to the incredible feeling of being in ketosis and losing weight. The clarity and energy that comes from eating a low-carb, high-fat diet is truly amazing. Feeling that food kick in with a BANG! Not only have I lost weight and improved my overall health, but I feel like a completely new person. Because I am!

One of my favorite keto recipes that satisfies my savory cravings is this delicious Cheesy Bacon Cauliflower Casserole. With only 6 grams of net carbs and 38 grams of fat per serving, it’s the perfect keto-friendly comfort food. Print this out! It’s my gift to you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled…( or more🥰)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted.
  5. In a casserole dish, layer the cooked cauliflower, bacon, and cheese sauce.
  6. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
