Hi there beautiful ladies!
If you’re anything like me, you’ve tried every diet under the sun with little or no progress to show for it. And it’s frustrating, isn’t it? Feeling weighed down by your thoughts and emotions. Knees hurting. Constant fear of social embarrassment. I know. I lived it for over half my life.
But here’s the truth: Losing weight takes hard work and effort. Keeping it off takes hard work and effort. It requires us to take risks and step outside of our comfort zones. There are no magic pills or quick fixes that will give you the results you want overnight. You have to earn it. You have to own it. I can promise you it won’t be perfect.
So why should you take that risk? Because the benefits far outweigh the challenges. Not only will you look and feel better physically, but you’ll also feel more confident and have a better sense of self-worth. Taking a risk in losing weight is about investing in your most valuable asset: YOU!
Unfortunately, despite our best intentions, many of us have failed in the past. I know I have. It’s easy to get discouraged when progress is slow or non-existent. But it’s important to remember that failure is not the end, it’s just a detour.
Perhaps the diets we tried before weren’t sustainable or didn’t address the underlying issues that led to overeating or inactivity. Perhaps we are dealing with an eating addiction. Maybe we didn’t have a strong support system or we expected too much too soon. Whatever the reason, we can’t let our past mistakes define us.
Instead, we need to learn from them and move forward with a new, healthier mindset. Try a new approach, like incorporating more whole foods into your diet, grabbing the hand of your coach, or finding an exercise routine that you actually enjoy. And don’t forget to celebrate small victories along the way!
We may stumble, and we may fall, but we have the power to get back up and try again. Because what’s ahead is worth it ladies: a healthier, happier you. So let’s take that risk together and invest in ourselves!
If you are thinking of trying again…. Grab my hand. 🥰
