Those are my three favorite words in the Keto Lifestyle. When you are prepared, you don’t fall off the wagon. I love this “to go” list I keep with me at all times. (and girlfriend, go get yourself a cute bag to take your goodies in) It’s important to watch for the hidden ingredients that may kick you out of Ketosis as well as making sure you don’t let perfection get in the way of your progress!!
