Dear Beautiful Soul,

I see you. I hear you. And I believe in you.

We’ve never met before, or… perhaps after this letter, you will feel as I do, a kindred soul. You’ve spent most of your life taking care of others, but somewhere along the way, you forgot to take care of yourself. You’ve turned to food for comfort, and now it feels like an addiction. You feel hopeless, unseen, and unheard.

I see you. I hear you. I understand you. Because I was you.

But I want to tell you that you are not alone. I’ve been in the same place as you, carrying extra weight and struggling with food addiction. But I found hope, and I want to share it with you.

I was 120 pounds overweight. I was pre-diabetic. I was depressed and anxious. I hated myself and my body. I tried every diet and exercise program out there, but nothing worked. I felt like a failure and a burden. I felt like there was no hope for me.

But then, something changed. I discovered the ketogenic lifestyle. And it changed my life.

Ketogenic means eating low-carb, high-fat foods that put your body into a state of ketosis, where it burns fat for fuel instead of glucose. This way of eating helps regulate your blood sugar, hormones, appetite, and mood. It also helps reduce inflammation, improve brain function, and prevent chronic diseases. (I know, that is too sciency).

But more than that, it helped me heal my relationship with food and myself. It helped me realize that food is not the enemy, but a tool to nourish and support my body. It helped me understand that I am not a failure, but a warrior who can overcome any challenge. It helped me discover that I have the power to change my habits and my mindset, and create the life I want.

And now, I want to help you do the same.

I know that change can be scary, but I want you to know that with small steps and persistence, you can achieve your goals. Take one day at a time and celebrate every small accomplishment along the way.

Remember, self-care is not selfish. It’s essential for your health and happiness. So, take some time to focus on you, and let me help you find a way out of the pit.
